My Lip Miracle in a pot!

Having dry chapped lips has always been a perpetual problem for me. You know those moments when you try on lipsticks in mall counters and suddenly notice your chapped flaky lips in the mirror?Making it embarrassing to try on different lippies since they'd all look awful either way?
